Operations & Administrative Support

Our operations team keeps the day-to-day running of your practice efficient, organised and scalable. Led by Jonathan Patterson, COO.

What’s included:

  • Matter, document & file management: Secure, searchable, fully electronic.
  • Templates, precedents & workflows: Standardised libraries to save time and improve consistency which we will build with you.
  • Client onboarding and conflict checks: Streamlined, compliant processes from first instruction to support you as the responsible lawyer.
  • Operational coordination: Support for file administration and day-to-day logistics.
  • Lender panel management: Maintenance of existing panels, applications for new ones, and ongoing lender compliance support.
  • Legal Process Outsourcing: We have two different businesses that provide remote paralegal support on a 0.5 FTE or full-time FTE per month. The FTE charge varies between £1,200 and £1,500 per month.
  • Training: We utilise the Professional Futures Alternative, offering over 2,000 modular courses to ensure compliance with your CPD obligations.
  • Typing and Document Production: If you need typing or DPU support, we have a third-party supplier who can assist, with costs covered from our revenue share.

IT Support

Our IT team provides secure, reliable and cloud-based technology so you can work efficiently from day one anywhere in the world.
