arch.law has acquired Bridge Law Solicitors, the third acquisition by the legal business in the last five years. The firm’s 12-strong team will join arch.law from 31 March 2026 while continuing to advise clients across the UK and overseas.
The acquisition forms part of arch.law’s continued growth strategy as it expands its legal and professional capabilities across the UK and globally.
Founded in 2001 by Claire Stewart, Bridge Law Solicitors has built a well-established practice advising businesses and individuals across a broad range of legal matters. Over more than two decades the firm has developed a strong reputation for handling complex disputes and legal issues involving multiple jurisdictions, while building long-standing relationships with clients.
Bridge Law Solicitors advises businesses and individuals across a broad range of matters, including litigation and dispute resolution alongside employment, commercial and private client legal services. Many of the firm’s clients have international interests, making their move to arch.law’s global network a natural strategic fit.
Following the acquisition Bridge Law’s clients will continue to receive the same support they have relied upon for many years, while also benefitting from the wider resources, technology and collaborative network provided by arch.law.
arch.law operates with professionals based across the UK, Australia, Canada and Dubai, enabling clients and professionals to collaborate across jurisdictions while benefiting from shared infrastructure, technology and specialist expertise.
The move reflects a growing trend of established law firms choosing modern legal businesses that enable them to retain their client relationships and independence while benefiting from shared infrastructure and strategic support. arch.law’s model is built around four core pillars – advanced technology, an international footprint, team based approach, and experienced leadership – enabling lawyers and professionals to grow sustainable practices while focusing their time on delivering outstanding legal advice.
Andrew Leaitherland, CEO of arch.law, said:
