Jonathan qualified as a solicitor on 15th September 2006. Since qualifying, Jonathan has built a wealth of experience in his specialist areas, having worked across the UK in large London based and regional firms.
Jonathan specialises in commercial property, commercial litigation and agriculture and is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
He has particular expertise in commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, tenant insolvency, dilapidations and rent arrears. He also specialises in nuisance and trespass claims, Party Wall disputes, boundary disputes and easements.
