arch.law recognised in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026

Legal business named in Small Organisation category as professional services models continue to evolve.

arch.law has been recognised in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026, in the Small Organisation category – see https://www.thetimes.com/best-places-to-work.

The annual list, powered by data partner WorkL, recognises organisations with strong employee engagement and workplace culture.

The recognition follows a significant period of growth for arch.law, which now has more than 150 Members across the UK and internationally, supported by a 18-strong central team.

Over the past five years, arch.law has completed three acquisitions, most recently, Bridge Law Solicitors, whose team of 12 joined the legal business while continuing to support clients across the UK and overseas.

arch.law has also continued to strengthen its leadership and operational capability, with a number of senior appointments.

Andrew Leaitherland, CEO of arch.law, said:

“Professional services are changing quickly. Across law, accountancy and consultancy, established models are being challenged by clients and professionals who want more flexibility, better use of technology and a clearer connection between expertise, service delivery and value.

“arch.law was built around that shift. We provide the infrastructure, technology, compliance, finance, business development and collaborative support that enable senior lawyers and professionals to build sustainable practices, while retaining the autonomy and flexibility they increasingly value.

“To be recognised by The Sunday Times Best Places to Work is a strong endorsement of the culture we are building. While our Members now exceed 150 people, this recognition reflects the work of our central team, whose role is critical in supporting the growth, quality and momentum of the business.”

arch.law’s model combines the support of an established legal business with the flexibility for senior lawyers and professionals to build and grow their own practices, backed by centralised operational, compliance, technology, finance and business development support.

The business continues to expand across the UK and internationally, including growth across Australia, Canada and the Middle East.

The full Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 list will be published on Sunday, 24 May 2026.
