Digital Onboarding
Minimal impact on your time, to ensure that your understanding, identity, compliance, and AML requirements, are fulfilled in the most efficient manner. We have streamlined this process to the benefit of our clients.
Our onboarding partner, Legl, will work with our clients to digitally conduct all checks that are required within minutes of sending out the onboarding link. Through this process, our client will be cleared both for anti money laundering and identity checking but also will be able to formally engage Arch Law Limited as their solicitors through electronic signature. Our electronic processes continue with Armalytix, an industry leading partner applied to identifying our client’s proof and source of funds.

Some of our clients require mortgages to complete their purchases. We work with The Lender Exchange Network and LMS, two of the leading panel managers in the UK, to ensure that we can work with the vast majority of UK based lenders to enable access to funds for our clients.
Quality Assurance
The Law Society operate an accreditation scheme called the Conveyancing Quality Scheme which provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. We are accredited through this scheme which provides assurance of quality to our clients.
