Sahar qualified as a Solicitor in 2013 and specialises in Criminal and Regulatory Defence and Professional Discipline. She regularly attends the police station to provide advice and assistance to clients in relation to a wide variety of criminal offences. She represents clients in relation to Magistrates’ and Crown Court proceedings.
Sahar defends businesses and individuals being investigated by the police or other Regulatory Bodies such as the Health and Safety Executive, Environment Agency and Local Councils etc. She also defends professionals who are being investigated in relation to allegations of professional misconduct made by their professional regulators.
