Matt is a commercial litigator with a broad spectrum of experience in domestic and international disputes. Colleagues have cited him as having a “brain for big litigation” and he has acted on some of the highest-profile and most complex recent claims in England, including cases featured in The Lawyer’s Top 20 Cases of the Year for four consecutive years. Matt has in 2018, 2019 and 2020 co-authored the England & Wales chapter of Lexology’s Getting The Deal Through: Complex Commercial Litigation. He has a particular aptitude for uncovering fabricated evidence or false narratives, and locating elusive defendants along with their assets.
