Faye qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and is a specialist corporate restructuring and insolvency lawyer, with over 12 years’ experience working both in the UK and internationally. She advises on all aspects of corporate and financial restructuring and contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters. Her clients have included boards of directors, shareholders, companies in financial difficulty, banks, financial institutions, secured and unsecured creditors and insolvency practitioners. She has significant experience acting both lender side and creditor side and across a wide range of industry sectors, including retail, manufacturing, financial services, real estate, hospitality and leisure, shipping, and natural resources.
