Stella Graham

Stella has experience across commercial real estate, residential property, finance and litigation. She began her career in-house with a property management company, reviewing leaseholder covenants, obtaining Land Registry information and supporting property transfers, legal transactions and dispute resolution.

She later developed her commercial property expertise at an international law firm, managing deeds and gaining exposure to legislative reforms, including commonhold, ground rent and building safety developments. Stella also has experience in equity and debt financing, having assisted with share purchase agreements, credit policies and loan facilities, strengthening her interest in real estate finance.

Her broader legal experience includes commercial insurance, data protection, economic crime and corporate governance. Through drafting agreements, conducting legal research and supporting board and committee meetings, she has developed a strong understanding of regulatory obligations, business risk and emerging legal challenges.
