Sakib is a Solicitor specialising in real estate finance and property transactions, having qualified in July 2024.
He has experience advising on a wide range of residential conveyancing matters and real estate finance transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers in secured lending arrangements. His work has involved managing transactions from instruction through to completion, including title investigations, reporting on security, satisfying lender requirements and coordinating with multiple parties to ensure smooth and efficient completions.
Alongside his real estate finance experience, he has advised clients on residential property matters including freehold, leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build transactions.
