Peter Morris has over twenty-five years’ experience in family law to include divorce, separation, cohabitation, pre and post nuptial agreements and the arrangements for children, often involving complex issues or substantial assets. Peter has been ranked for many years in the Legal 500 and Chambers directories and is ranked as a leading individual in the Legal 500.

Peter takes a strategic and solution focussed approach at the outset and is as adept at negotiating settlements as he is litigating to protect his clients’ interests.

Peter is experienced in cases involving an international element, inherited wealth and assets acquired pre-marriage as well as the valuation of businesses, properties and pensions. He also works closely with other professional advisors on asset protection issues.
