Natalie is Head of Operations for the Real Estate Finance team at Arch Law, where she oversees the delivery of a high-volume, fast-paced practice.
She designs and implements bespoke legal delivery models for lenders and developer clients, building systems and workflows that align with how they operate. Her focus is on creating efficient, scalable processes that allow transactions to move quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Natalie also drives the use of technology within the team, automating key parts of the process to improve efficiency and deliver highly competitive transaction turnaround times — while ensuring that clients still receive a personalised service. She works closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate these into practical, operational solutions that support their business needs.
Natalie has experience across residential and commercial conveyancing, plot sales, new build developments and secured lending for both lenders and borrowers.
Known for her speed, precision and pragmatic approach, Natalie is regularly recognised by brokers and clients for her responsiveness and ability to keep transactions moving.
