Marc advises clients from a variety of industry sectors on a broad range of aspects of corporate and commercial law, including terms of business and other commercial agreements, shareholders’ agreements and articles of association, corporate restructurings and sale/purchase of shares or assets.
Marc recognises the importance of understanding his clients’ businesses’ needs in order to provide the most effective advice. To this end he has been able to draw on the experience he gained while working outside of the legal industry.
He qualified into the corporate/commercial department of a leading City law firm, before completing an MBA and working as an analyst in the investment management industry, during which time he became a CFA charter holder. He started practising as a solicitor once again in 2009 and before becoming a consultant was a partner in a law firm for 9 years.
