Solicitor
Joel is a highly experienced real estate solicitor having acted on many major projects, both for public as well as private sector developer, corporate end user and investor clients. He also straddles the commercial and residential sectors and has well established credentials in logistics, automotive, hotel, PRS and promotion agreements as well as on and offshore joint venture and investment expertise. He founded and led the Birmingham office of Shoosmiths and has held senior partnership roles at Pinsent Masons and Penningtons Manches Cooper.
His outside interests include a love of the Lake District and a deep interest in classic cars which he champions in his role as chair of the board of the British Motor Museum.
