Jessica has a wealth of experience in residential conveyancing, having practiced for over seven years. She particularly enjoys assisting first-time buyers and helping young clients take their first steps onto the property ladder, but also regularly acts for buyers investing in holiday lets and rental properties. Jessica is highly experienced in the sale and purchase of new-build homes, shared ownership properties, and both leasehold and freehold flats. She also frequently handles remortgages and acts for clients in the grant and surrender of leases for retirement apartments.
Jessica graduated from the University of Hull in 2015 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2018. She has since worked at a busy High-street firm in her hometown of Scarborough. Managing a high volume of cases has enabled her to develop excellent client care and communication skills ensuring each client receives the service and attention they deserve. Her approachable nature and commitment to clear, straightforward advice has established her as a respected conveyancer. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys life on the Yorkshire Coast with her young family, often exploring the region’s scenic walks and local attractions. She also enjoys keeping active at the gym and following her favourite football team.
