Hateem joined arch.law in December 2025 having practised Immigration Law for over 14 years at a number of leading London boutique immigration firms. His breadth of experience means that he can support clients navigate the entire spectrum of immigration issues. Hateem is in his element when advising individuals in relation to their personal immigration matters or companies and founders about how best to utilise the existing immigration rules to achieve their goals.
His corporate practice includes providing specialist immigration advice and representation for clients across the UK’s vital care sector. A core aspect of this work involves assisting clients with their duties as a licensed sponsor, including preparing organisations for UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) Sponsor compliance inspections. More broadly, Hateem delivers comprehensive compliance guidance to organisations, proactively managing their responsibilities under the UK’s immigration framework to mitigate risk and prevent regulatory breach.
