Paralegal
Darlene joined arch.law as a Senior Paralegal in November 2025 in the Real Estate Finance department. She has worked within the residential legal sector since 2018 and has particular expertise in:
- Residential plot sales
- Acting for buyers in respect of new build purchases;
- Residential & commercial property conveyancing;
- Secured lending transactions (acting for banks and/or borrowers)
- Assisting with site set up work and legal pack preparation for new developments.
Darlene takes great pride in building good relationships with clients and providing them with a high quality, professional service. She is very familiar with high volume work and achieving tight deadlines.
