Dan is an award-winning General Counsel and UK‑qualified lawyer with over 25 years’ experience across corporate and commercial matters, governance and risk management in the UK and UAE. He is General Counsel and Head of Legal at Alef Education Holding plc, where he advises on regulatory compliance, governance and strategic initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Dan held senior in‑house roles at International SOS, supporting complex cross‑border healthcare operations, and worked in international law firms on M&A, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.
