Having spent over a decade in Asia, as well as working in London, Europe and the Middle East, Colin brings his experience and commercial acumen to a broad range of debt and structured finance transactions as well as significant experience in financial services regulation. This includes AML and CFTC management. He has provided training on AML and CFTC modules in multiple jurisdictions and most recently advised on the implementation of the latest Tranche 2 AML regulations.
