Previously Head of Company Secretarial Services and Partner at Shakespeare Martineau LLP, Ben serves as Company Secretary and trusted advisor to a number of public companies listed on the main market, AIM and AQSE. Ben’s experience spans a number of specialist sectors including VCTs, investment funds, technology, mining and oil and gas. Ben has held non-executive director positions and has worked with overseas companies listed on NASDAQ and ASX positions. Ben is a fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland and was once recognised in Computershare’s Governance Hot 100 Relationship Manager category.
