Solicitor
Andrew is an experienced solicitor specialising in all aspects of commercial construction law. He advises funders, developers, landowners, contractors, tenants and professionals on the drafting and negotiation of the full range of construction contracts, such as building contracts, EPC contracts, consultant appointments, bonds, guarantees, collateral warranties and associated agreements, both standard form and bespoke.
Andrew advises on construction projects and developments for a variety of industries such as data centres, infrastructure, housing, education, retail, healthcare, hotels and hospitality.
Andrew began his career at Allens Linklaters in Australia, before working in London at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and then Devonshires where he was a partner and Head of Construction. He has since worked at Balfour Beatty and DLA Piper, prior to joining Arch Law in 2025.
