Job Description 

To support the continued growth of arch.law we are looking to appoint a Marketing Manager. The role will be responsible for developing and delivering a mixture of go-to-market plans, content and digital campaigns with the goal of generating new leads and building brand recognition.

The role will work closely with the Founder and CEO and COO and is hands on and results focussed. The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering marketing activity in professional services and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Location in flexible and the salary package is competitive.


Main responsibilities include:

  • Delivering ambitious but achievable marketing and campaign plans
  • Developing and refining value propositions for solutions
  • Leading on the development of a wide range of persuasive marketing content
  • Supporting the development of new solutions with an emphasis on go to market strategy
  • Identifying on a case-by-case basis the most effective marketing channels and tactics for campaign success
  • Developing and managing a client feedback approach
  • Setting objectives and KPIs for marketing activity and measuring performance

 

Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with commerciality and a marketing skillset to help arch.law to generate new leads and enhance brand profile. It will involve working directly with senior members of the arch.law team and so strong stakeholder management skills are essential along with the following:

  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing, and a background in professional services would be preferred.
  • Your work to date will likely include a background in lead generation and include a mixture of tactical activity and planning.
  • You will be results-oriented and be able to set clear and measurable marketing objectives.
  • You must be able to develop and convey messages in a persuasive, and client focussed way. Strong content development skills are absolutely essential.
  • You will have experience of using Hubspot or similar CRM systems.
  • You should be comfortable briefing and working with agencies and managing budgets.
