Roger is an experienced employment and workplace relations lawyer with over 15 years’ experience advising businesses, local government entities, and not-for-profits on all aspects of employment and industrial relations law.
Before joining arch.law, Roger ran his own specialist employment law practice in Perth for a decade, acting for employers and employees across a wide range of workplace matters. His work includes representing clients before the Fair Work Commission and Federal Courts in general protections claims, unfair dismissals, restraint of trade disputes, and enterprise bargaining negotiations.
Roger regularly advises employers on managing misconduct, termination, redundancy, discrimination, and compliance with modern awards and enterprise agreements. He is highly experienced in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, workplace policies, and deeds of release to mitigate legal and reputational risk.
