Jane is an experienced projects/commercial lawyer with international and intercultural experience from working in the UK and in the MENA region as a partner at leading international law firms.
She has advised a wide range of corporates large and small and public sector organisations and also has experience working inhouse [as the sole lawyer for an innovative petfood start up]. Whilst her current focus is on digital infrastructure she has advised clients in a wide range of sectors from healthcare to engineering and defence.
More recently, Jane has shifted her focus to ESG and sustainability, recognising their growing impact on business. She’s passionate about helping clients navigate the evolving landscape of ESG, integrating clients’ ambitions and principles into contracts and strategies.
Now part of the Digital Infrastructure Team at arch.law, Jane combines her international experience and hands-on approach to complex projects with a focus on driving sustainable, responsible business practices.
She enjoys a challenge and takes an innovative approach to finding value for money legal solutions for complex pathfinding projects and routine commercial contracts.
