Holly began her career at Clyde and Company in 2014, where she gained foundational skills and paralegal qualifications. After moving to Weightmans in 2017, she honed her expertise in construction law, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters while working on significant projects like a £750 million logistics park in Ipswich.
Overcoming challenges, Holly took on the sole responsibility for construction law at JMW for eight months, where she managed client relationships and junior staff development. She expressed a keen interest in data centre projects, emphasising the importance of sustainability and the tangible impact of construction in modern society leading her to join the specialist Digital Infrastructure team at arch.law.
