Emily has worked in law firms for over 12 years, managing support functions across the globe and, more recently, serving as Operations Director in the Middle East. Prior to working in the legal sector, she gained experience in Higher Education, Local Government, and private consultancy.
Her background and focus have been heavily centred on change management with a strong people focus. Emily spent some of her earlier years in Human Resources and Organisational Development before moving into more technical change management roles, working on significant transformation programmes.
Her approach is to design effective working practices and structures that emphasise people engagement. A problem solver by nature, Emily aims to support members in creating ways of working that optimise their business.
