SRA Diversity Data Survey
As a law firm regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), arch.law participates in the Diversity Data Survey which is issued every two years. This initiative requires firms to collect, report, and publish data on the diversity of their workforce. The SRA uses this information to enhance its law firm diversity data tool and to support its regulatory, research, and engagement activities.
At arch.law, we are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace. Publishing our diversity data reflects our dedication to transparency and accountability. We believe that understanding and responding to this data is essential to driving meaningful progress in diversity, equity, and inclusion across our organisation and the legal profession as a whole.
