Nina joins us from Sydney as an arch.direct member and brings with her considerable experience of conveyancing in New South Wales and Queensland, she has a strong grasp of the winder legal system having a seven year career in personal injury, general practice and conveyancing.

Christine Lau

Christine is an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Law (Law Institute of Victoria), holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Melbourne and has practised law for over 30 years. Having worked as in house counsel for companies in various industries, Christine understands and has dealt with all legal issues faced by companies from employment law issues to government tenders, government and private client contracts, insurance contracts, Fair Work mediations, compliance issues and general risk management.

Michael has extensive experience in contracts, corporations, equity, trade practices/consumer law, intellectual property, property, torts, insurance, insolvency and debt recovery.

Mark Foy

Mark Foy has more than 20 years’ experience advising on all aspects of complex real estate projects and transactions. He has extensive experience advising on community title and land subdivisions, the sale and purchase of developed commercial real estate, retail centres, industrial properties and related due diligence.

Maria Shaw

Maria is admitted as a lawyer in NSW and England and Wales and has 28 years’ experience in England and over 4 years’ experience in NSW in the areas of Wills and estate planning, probate, estate administration, trusts and advising on incapacity issues.

Maria simplifies the process of ensuring that her clients’ estate and succession planning are dealt with comprehensively, with empathy and with a focus on wealth preservation.

Maria is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and has 25 years’ experience working with Australian and Overseas clients in all areas of Family Law.

Prior to joining arch.law, Maria was the Practice Leader of a large National Australian law firm.
