Our Story

Built on a belief that there was a better way.

arch.law was founded in 2021 by legal industry leader Andrew Leaitherland, driven by a belief that the legal profession was ready for change.

Clients were increasingly looking for more than legal advice alone. They wanted trusted advisers who understood their commercial objectives, could navigate complex challenges and deliver practical outcomes. At the same time, many experienced legal and business professionals were seeking greater flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to build successful practices without the constraints of traditional law firm models.

Drawing on decades of leadership experience and a deep understanding of the legal sector, Andrew recognised an opportunity to create a different kind of legal business. One that combined legal excellence with entrepreneurial freedom, collaboration and innovation.

That vision became arch.law.

Today, whilst arch.law has evolved significantly, the principle that inspired our creation remains unchanged: there is a better way to deliver legal services for both clients and lawyers.
